The next meeting of the Swaby Group Parish Council, which will be held on Wednesday 8th March 2023 at 7.00pm.

 

Councillors are hereby summoned to attend.

 

Prior to the commencement of this meeting there will be a 15 minute session when members of the public may ask questions of the Council.

  1. Apologies for absence – to receive apologies and approve reasons for absence as appropriate
  2. To receive any declarations of interests in agenda items.
  3. To receive the notes of the meeting held 11th January 2023 and approve the Chairman’s signature
  4. To receive any updates from those meetings
  5. To note and agree provision and purchase of a defibrillator for Swaby Village Hall, and to note South Thoresby defibrillator availability and registration.
  6. To consider dates and areas for annual Litter Pick
  7. To note and consider what further action could be taken regarding the state of the road outside the South Thoresby  quarry
  8. To note the position re enforcement of the quarry planning permission conditions.
  9. Financial –
    1. To approve payments due
  10. Any correspondence received.
  11. Planning – to consider any applications received and note any decisions.
  12. To consider any matters for general discussion and items for next agenda
  13. To confirm date of next meeting
  14. That the Council move into Closed Session to discuss the following item
  15. To approve Clerks Contract of Employment document.
