Swaby Group Parish Council covers the parishes of Swaby, South Thoresby, Haugh and Calceby. Swaby village straddles the A16, The village and Church of Swaby sits off the main road. Swaby village hall is accessed from the A16 and is a thriving hall.
South Thoresby sits off the A16 to the east and the parish church sits on the edge of the village. Within the boundary there is the South Thoresby quarry works and the nature reserve running alongside the A16.
Haugh and Calceby are small hamlets situated off the A16.
