The next meeting of the Swaby Group Parish Council is scheduled for 8th September 2021 at 7.30pm OR IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE ANNUAL PUBLIC MEETING WHICH COMMENCES AT 7.00PM at the Village Hall. There will not be a normal 15 minutes public session as the meeting is preceded by the annual public meeting
Covid – Whilst the Government has lifted many restrictions, should anyone wish to continue to wear a face mask whilst in the hall and during the meeting, please feel free to do so.

- To receive any declarations of interests in agenda items.
- To receive the notes of the meeting held 7th July 2021 and approve the Chairman’s signature

- To receive update from Cllr Bailey on matters relating to Quarry South Thoresby.

- To consider and agree any action on species survey and cutting of verges in the parish (Cllr Gibson)
- To consider request from Village Hall for funding from the Community Fund towards a community event in the Parish and an update on the situation regarding accessing the funds.
- To consider request from the Village Hall for the Parish Council to share the cost of a defibrillator.
