The next meeting of the Swaby Group Parish Council is scheduled for 2nd March 2022 at 7.00pm at the Village Hall.  There will be a 15 minutes public session prior to the start of the main council meeting.

 

Covid – Whilst the Government has lifted many restrictions, should anyone wish to continue to wear a face mask whilst in the hall and during the meeting, please feel free to do so.

  1. Apologies for absence – to receive apologies and approve reasons for absence as appropriate
  2. To receive any declarations of interests in agenda items.
  3. To receive the notes of the meeting held 5th January 2022 and approve the Chairman’s signature
  4. To note update on actions taken since last meeting
  5. Financial –
    1. To consider request for grants towards the cost of churchyard maintenance at Swaby and South Thoresby Churches (budget £300) and to agree (if appropriate) to include in b.
    2. Accounts due for payment
  6. To receive update from Cllr Bailey on matters relating to Quarry and the road(s) within 30mph limit in South Thoresby
  7. To consider Swaby Group Parish Council’s response to the proposal for Nuclear Storage Facility in Theddlethorpe area. 
  8. To receive report from Cllr Gibson on the verges in the parish.
  9. To receive an update from Cllr Start on the provision of Defibrillator at Village Hall
  10. Any correspondence received
  11. To receive any planning applications and note decisions received.
  12. To consider any matters for general discussion and items for next agenda
