ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

15TH MAY 2024

1.           ELECTION OF CHAIRMAN

                Cllr Gilpin  took the Chair for this meeting.

2.           ELECTION OF SECRETARY/TREASURER

                It was agreed this should be undertaken by the Parish Clerk

3.           ACTIVITY

                There had been no activity during the financial year 1/4/23 – 31/3/24.

                The last payment has been in March 23 for £600 towards the defibrillator.

4.           FINANCE

                 The Clerk confirmed the opening balance at 1st April 23 to be £1742.62,

                Interest of £14.34 had been received and the closing balance at 31st March 24 was £1756.96.

5.           APPLICATIONS

                There had been no applications for funding.  It was agreed that, should the Fund be looking to advertise then a criteria for funding should be drawn up which would cover the remit of the fund and what could be applied for. 

6.           ANY OTHER MATTERS

                It was agreed that Mike Daniels be removed as a signatory and replaced by Andrew Gilpin.  Clerk to get the necessary forms from N S & I.
