MINUTES OF THE ANNUAL  MEETING

HELD 14TH MAY 2025

1.           ELECTION OF CHAIRMAN

                It was proposed (Cllr Young) seconded (Cllr Wright) and agreed that Cllr Gilpin remain as Chairman.

2.           ELECTION OF SECRETARY/TREASURER

                It was proposed, seconded and agreed that Mrs J. Cooper remain as secretary/treasurer.

3.           MINUTES OF THE MEETING HELD 15TH MAY 2024 (BEING ANNUAL MEETING)

                These were approved as correct

4.           MINUTES OF THE EXTRA MEETING 11TH SEPTEMBER 2025

                These were approved as correct

5.           FINANCIAL UPDATE

                NS& I interest received in January 2025 of £17.62, leaving a balance available at £1774.58.

6.           APPLICATIONS

                There were none

7             ANY OTHER MATTERS
