The next meeting of the Swaby Group Parish Council is scheduled for 13th March 2024 at 7.00 at the Village Hall.

Prior to the commencement of the meeting there will be a 15 minute session when members of the public present may raise matters with the Council.  Once this 15 minute session has ended members of the public may not speak during the Parish Council meeting.

  1. Apologies for absence – to receive apologies and approve reasons for absence as appropriate
  2. To receive any declarations of interests in agenda items.
  3. To receive the notes of the meeting held 8th January 2024 and approve the Chairman’s signature
  4. To receive any updates from that meeting
  5. To consider setting up, and any financial/Data Protection implications, of a contact list of persons to access defibrillator (Cllr Gilpin)

  8. To consider any response to the National Grid Grimsby to Walpole proposal for pylons and substations between Lincolnshire Wolds AONB and Lincolnshire Coast
  9. To consider any issues with definitive footpaths in parish and consider what action the Parish Council can take to ensure footpaths are accessible.
  10. Litter Picks for Swaby and South Thoresby.
  11. Planning – to consider any planning applications  and decisions received
  12. To consider any matters for general discussion and items for next agenda
