The next meeting of the Swaby Group Parish Council is scheduled for 17th January 2024 at 7.00 at the Village Hall.

Prior to the commencement of the meeting there will be a 15 minute session when members of the public present may raise matters with the Council.  Once this 15 minute session has ended members of the public may not speak during the Parish Council meeting.

A g e n d a

 

  1. Apologies for absence – to receive apologies and approve reasons for absence as appropriate
  2. To receive any declarations of interests in agenda items.
  3. To consider application for co-option to fill vacant seat (Swaby) and agree co-option.
  4. To receive co-opted members Declaration of Acceptance
  5. To receive the notes of the meeting held 15th November 2023 and extra meeting held 13th December 2023 and approve the Chairman’s signature
  6. To receive any updates from that meeting
  7. To consider setting up, and any financial/Data Protection implications, of a contact list of persons to access defibrillator (Cllr Gilpin)
  8. Financial –
    1. To consider applications for grants: Village Hall, Swaby church & South Thoresby church and, if agreed, to approve for payment at (b).
    2. To approve payments due
    3. To consider funding for community first aid course
    4. To approve budget and set precept for 24 / 25 year
  9. Any correspondence received
  10. Planning – to consider any planning applications  and decisions received
  11. To consider any matters for general discussion and items for next agenda
  12. To confirm date of next meeting
