The next meeting of the Swaby Group Parish Council is scheduled for 15th November 2023 at 7.00 at the Village Hall.

Prior to the commencement of the meeting there will be a 15 minute session when members of the public present may raise matters with the Council.  Once this 15 minute session has ended members of the public may not speak during the Parish Council meeting.

  1. Apologies for absence – to receive apologies and approve reasons for absence as appropriate
  2. To receive any declarations of interests in agenda items.
  3. To receive the notes of the meeting held 13th September and extra meeting held 18th October 2023 and approve the Chairman’s signature
  4. To receive any updates from that meeting
  5. Financial –
    1. To approve payments due
    2. To note income/expenditure to 30th September 2023
    3. To consider funding for community first aid course
    4. To note draft budget and consider precept request for approval in January 2024
  6. Any correspondence received
  7. To consider position of footpaths in the parishes and note any action needed to ensure accuracy and continued use.
  8. To consider request to review facilities in Swaby/South Thoresby
  9. Planning – to consider any planning applications  and decisions received
  10. To consider any matters for general discussion and items for next agenda
  11. To confirm date of next meeting
