The next meeting of the Swaby Group Parish Council is scheduled for 12th November 2025 at 7.00  (or immediately after the public meeting) at the Village Hall. 

There will be a 15 minute maximum time for members of the public to raise matters of concern with the Council.  Once the public session has ended, members of the public may no longer speak other than to clarify a matter at the Chairman’s discretion.

  3. To receive the notes of the meeting held 17th September 2025 and approve the Chairman’s signature

  6. To consider any further action that parish Council could take regarding potential net zero infrastructure in the area (following on from public meeting)
