The next meeting of the Swaby Group Parish Council is scheduled for 17th September 2025 at 7.00  at the Village Hall. 

There will be a 15 minute maximum time for members of the public to raise matters of concern with the Council.  Once the public session has ended, members of the public may no longer speak other than to clarify a matter at the Chairman’s discretion.

  3. To receive the notes of the meeting held 16th July 2025 and approve the Chairman’s signature
