The next meeting of the Swaby Group Parish Council is scheduled for Wednesday 16th September 2026 @ 7pm in the village hall.

 

There will be a 15 minute public session prior to the commencement of the Council meeting.  Once the Council meeting commences members of the public will not be able to speak unless invited by the Chairman to clarify a point.

  3. To receive the notes of the meeting held 15th July2026 and approve the Chairman’s signature
  4. To receive any updates from that meeting

  7. To note request from resident regarding  speeding through village (details attached)
  8. To consider quote from Louth Mens Shed for repairs to benches and notice board (note attached)
  9. To receive an update on any matters relating to the Quarry and consider any input necessary by the Parish Council.
  10. Planning – to consider any planning applications received
  11. To consider any matters for general discussion and items for next agenda
  12. To agree amending date for November meeting from 11th to 4th (preferred option) or 18th November.
