The next meeting of the Swaby Group Parish Council is scheduled for Wednesday 15th July 2026 @ 7pm in the village hall.

 

There will be a 15 minute public session prior to the commencement of the Council meeting.  Once the Council meeting commences members of the public will not be able to speak unless invited by the Chairman to clarify a point.

  1. Apologies for absence – to receive apologies and approve reasons for absence as appropriate
  2. To receive any declarations of interests in agenda items.
  3. To receive the notes of the meeting held 13th May 2026 and approve the Chairman’s signature
  4. To receive any updates from that meeting
  5. To receive update on various matters reported on Fix My Street (including street name plates, Swaby village – Cllr Gilpin)

  8. To receive update on the recent EGL 5 consultation at Alford, including implications for the A16 in terms of increased construction traffic and location of “haul” road.
