The next meeting of the Swaby Group Parish Council, which will be held on Wednesday 11th January 2023 at 7.00pm.

Councillors are hereby summoned to attend.

Prior to the commencement of this meeting there will be a 15 minute session when members of the public may ask questions of the Council.

1. Apologies for absence – to receive apologies and approve reasons for absence as appropriate
2. To receive any declarations of interests in agenda items.
3. To receive the notes of the meeting held 9th November 2022 and approve the Chairman’s signature
4. To receive any updates from those meetings
5. To consider further the provision of a defibrillator in Swaby/South Thoresby and receive update on funding.
6. Financial –
   1. To receive requests for donations from Swaby Church & South Thoresby church towards churchyard maintenance, and request for donation from Village Hall, and to agree to raise cheques for same if applicable at item 6 (b).
   2. To approve payments due
   3. To agree linking Clerks salary to National Local Government Rates Scale Point 6.
   4. To agree budget for 23/24 year and set precept
7. To receive update from Cllr Bailey on matters relating to the roads and Quarry South Thoresby
8. To note results of Archer Survey carried out on A16 by Lincs Road Safety Partnership.
9. Any correspondence received.
10. Planning – to consider any applications received and note any decisions.
11. To consider any matters for general discussion and items for next agenda
12. To confirm date of next meeting
