The next meeting of the Swaby Group Parish Council, is scheduled for 17th July 2024 at 7.00   at the Village Hall. 

 

There will be a 15 minute maximum time for members of the public to raise matters of concern with the Council.  Once the public session has ended, members of the public may no longer speak other than to clarify a matter at the Chairman’s discretion.

  1. Apologies for absence – to receive apologies and approve reasons for absence as appropriate
  2. To receive any declarations of interests in agenda items.
  3. To receive the notes of the meeting held 15th May 2024 and approve the Chairman’s signature
  4. To receive any updates from that meeting
  5. To note progress with regard to VETS scheme (defibrillator) and any action required from the Parish Council.
  6. Financial –
    1. To approve payments due
  7. To receive any amendments to and approve the following administration documents:
    1. Asset Register (updated in respect of benches)
    2. Financial Regulations (updated to allow payment by BACS)
    3. Dignity at Work policy
    4. Investment Policy
  8. To consider holding additional litter picks in the parishes
  9. To consider liaising  with ELDC regarding the siting of an additional dog litter waste bin
  10. To agree and ratify Village Hall request for Parish Council’s support in respect of grant application for works to the village hall and installation of an advance road sign to show location of Village Hall.
  11. Any correspondence received
  12. Planning – to consider any planning applications received
  13. To consider any matters for general discussion and items for next agenda
  14. To confirm date of next meeting
