The next meeting of the Swaby Group Parish Council, which will be the Annual Council Meeting, is scheduled for 15th May 2024 at 7.30 OR IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE ANNUAL PARISH MEETING   at the Village Hall.

  2. To receive the Chairman’s Declaration of Acceptance of Office
  3. Election of Vice Chairman
  4. Apologies for absence – to receive apologies and approve reasons for absence as appropriate
  5. To receive any declarations of interests in agenda items.
  6. To receive the notes of the meeting held 13th March 2024 and approve the Chairman’s signature
  7. To receive any updates from that meeting
  8. To note progress with regard to VETS scheme (defibrillator) and any action required from the Parish Council.
